A House 15-20 Min From Reykjavik City Center

The house is situated by the lake Elliðarvatn, Reykjavik suburbs. The house is not rented with the garage, that is rented separately as a studio apartment. A lot of the nature here is a conservation area called Heiðmörk and Red hills (red hills) is an hour walk from the house. Surrounding us: lake, hiking trail and a horse trail while only a 15-20 minutes car ride to the city center, 8-10 min to a mall and 5-8 minutes from a swimming pool where you can buy access to a gym. The space There are 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a 180*200 bed, and in all the childrens room there is a bedplace for 2 adults in each room with 80x200 matresses, there is also a couch were two can sleep on in the living room and a travelling bed, should that be needed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with both a showerhead and a bathtub. There are a lot of people with horses around here and one of the Icelandic horse communitie is very close, so there are quite often some horses passing by. There is a bit of constructions in the area as this is a newish housing area, however there are little or no noises from the houses under construction around us. Other things to note The nature here is vast and there are many hiking trails here if one enjoys doing that. The lake (Elliðarvatn, is about 8 km circumference) which is about a good hour and 30min walk in a very beautiful scenario. * Bláfjöll or Blue mountains are only 20 minutes from the house by car. There you can ski during winter.
