Central to Ring of Kerry and Dingle

Our home is newly decorated, spacious, modern and comfortable. It's conveniently located to Kerry airport (15mins), Ring of Kerry (10mins), Killorglin, Killarney (20mins), Tralee, Dingle Peninsula (10mins) to include Inch Beach and Dingle (45mins). Our home provides an ideal base for exploring all areas of County Kerry. The space WiFi access is available throughout the house. We have three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - located on the second floor. It is ensuite and has a kingsize bed. There is also a single bed that opens out into a double bed. The ensuite is tiled, spacious and fitted with a power shower. Bedroom 2 - kingsize bed and a single bed with access to the main bathroom on the same floor - first floor. Bedroom 3 - two single beds with access to the main bathroom on the same floor - first floor. Cot - travel cot with mattress cover and blankets available. All of the bedroom floors are solid maple parquet flooring and the rooms are finished in a neutral theme. Main bathroom - spacious tiled bathroom with electric shower over bath. Lounge sitting room with, sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player and DVD collection, Wii and games. Kitchen dining room with fridge freezer, dishwasher, 8 ring hob and three ovens. Table, seating for nine and there is also a child's high chair. Utility room with washer and dryer and access to the downstairs WC and back garden with rotary clothes line. There is parking for 2 medium sized cars on the driveway. Guest access When renting our holiday home, guests will have access to all areas. Airing cupboard and larder unit are not available to guests. Other things to note The lead guest must register their government ID and have a verified profile picture on their Airbnb account before we can progress with accepting a booking. Additional guests, over 18 years and not immediate family members, must be registered on Airbnb, invited onto the booking and accept the terms and conditions.
