Seaside House, just been placed (Sept 2020) in Trip Advisor's "Top 10 Best Holiday Rentals in Northumberland" is ideally located, on a peaceful and very popular estate, on the edge of the village. Recently updated and refurbished (Feb 2022) this tastefully decorated property within walking distance of the harbour, beaches and the village itself, with it's many pubs, restaurants and shops, but also a great base to explore Northumberland, Newcastle and Edinburgh. The space Easter to September Seaside House can usually only be booked for 7 nights from a Saturday, unless previously agreed with the owner. Guest access Key Box:- Is on small pillar wall, facing the front door. We will txt code to your mobile approx 4-5 days prior to your arrival date. Parking :- there are 2 allocated parking bays, ( marked no 16) in small car park to the right of house (facing) Please use, although it is fine to park directly outside of house upon arrival and departure. Other things to note Due to Covid-19 we are undertaking extra cleaning and sanitizing at the property. We will continue to supply bedding to all of the beds requested, but we now kindly request guests to strip beds of all bedding, at the end of stay, and place into Wash Bags provided. We will continue to supply all towels, including t.towels
