This holiday home is located in a quiet residential area in Limeslade Bay. With access to the beach from the coastal path you will find yourself on a lovely beach with an ice cream parlour. Sit back and relax in front of the log burner whilst taking in the lovely view of Mumbles hill from afar or enjoy a sun-downer in the enclosed private garden with your loyal companion as this is a pet friendly property. The space Explore the lovely seaside village of Mumbles which  is a 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk. Langland Beach is also within a similar distance, and is well worth a visit. Dogs are welcome on the beach all year round at Three Cliffs, Oxwich Bay and Rhossili. Take a relaxing stroll along the coastal path with its spectacular views of Swansea Bay, the South Gower coast and on a clear day, across the Bristol Channel to Devon. There are a range of boutique shops and a great range of cafes, pubs and restaurants, Size – sleeps four. Beds – one double, one twin.  Rooms – kitchen diner, lounge, double bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room. Kitchenette and utilities – fitted kitchen features a breakfast bar with three stools, under surface fridge with small freezer compartment, induction hob and oven/grill, microwave and washing machine. Entertainment – Smart TV and Wi-fi provided. Outside – Fully enclosed, private and sunny sitting areas at both the front and rear of the property to ensure you can catch the sun any time of day. Laid with Cotswold gravel, this is a lovely setting to relax, with views over Mumbles Hill from the rear garden. Parking – Off street parking area opposite the house. General – bed linen, hand and bath towels provided. Initial basket load of logs provided along with firelighters and kindling. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, and milk. Pets – One small/medium well behaved dog only – no other pets allowed. Notes – no smoking inside.
