The space In the heart of the Luberon Park, you will be welcome at "Domaine de La Bastidonne". Gîte de France 4 épis. It is a very quiet property of 5 ha located at 15km from Apt (Vaucluse), 25km from Bonnieux, Roussillon, Gordes, 25km from Forcalquier and Manosque, 60 km from Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and the Gorges du Verdon. The Mas de L'Olivier (full air-conditioning) is a spacious farmhouse of 130 m3 for 6 people maximum, it has 3 independent air-conditioning bedrooms (1 master bedroom with adjoining shower room on the ground floor (bed 160x200), 2 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180X200 and 1 attic bedroom with 2 beds 90X200, 1 very spacious shower room with Italian shower, double sink. 2 toilets, one of which is separate on the first floor. You will be able to take your meals inside in a vast air-conditioned cathedral living room very luminous with large picture windows or on the terrace (1 covered with a large teak table and 1 uncovered) and admire the sunsets on the valley of Apt or the mounts of Vaucluse, there is also a private garden of 1500 m2 with trees, barbecue, deckchairs... The swimming pool is about 100 m from the Mas, it is shared with the 2 other mas (Mas des Lavandes and Mas du Luberon (for 2/4 people max each)) present on the property. There is no opposite. A badminton court and a petanque court complete the relaxation area. A private parking lot is located at the entrance of the property where you can park your car (2 or 3 places dedicated to your house). The parking lot is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles (1 per house). Ideally located in the heart of the Lavender fields to discover Provence, the markets every morning of the week and often in the afternoon in the summer, the cultural sites and you rest at the edge of the splendid secured swimming pool of 12X8m with a panoramic sight on the Luberon. The property is located along the Cavaillon-Forcalquier bicycle path. Many itineraries are possible all around the Luberon. Many appreciations on our personal website For those who prefer a private swimming pool, we also propose on the property an independent house of 140 m2 (4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) with a private heated swimming pool and a private garden of 5000 m2. The village of Céreste is 2,5 km away with all shops, bakery, butcher, grocery store and supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, artisanal cookie factory... We live a little further on the property, without any opposite with the Mas and we have our own swimming pool. We will be available to inform you about the possibilities offered by the region, the good addresses, the ballades... The 3 mas can be rented separately or together, so you can spend your vacations with your friends or family.
