The house is suitable for 24 persons (9 bedrooms and 6 in hems) and 2 kids up to the age of 3 years. It has an area of 234 m2 in 2 floors, completely renovated in 2017. Cold evenings can be enjoyed in a living room with sofas and “fireplace” or an indoor lounge area and kitchen with dinner can site 24. Guest access The guests have access to whole house, pool and garden Other things to note Remember to bring bed sheets, towels, dishcloths and cleaning products As our guest you are yourself responsible for the following, as our final cleaning does not include: - Dishwashing - General cleaning inside and out - Cleaning of barbecue and garden furniture - Empty bins and remove empty bottles and more. - Empty refrigerator and freezer. Animal are not allowed due to allergy concerns for future guests Linnen / bed sheets, towel and tea towels can be rented for DKK 175 per person, if you have forgotten this. There is a charge for extra cleaning / washing by not complying. Bugs etc. can in certain periods appear. This is considered force majeure and does not entitle the tenant to receive any refund. You should contact the house keeper to fix the problem. In the house there is a septic tank. It is strictly prohibited to throw sanitary towels, cotton wool, nappies etc. into the toilet. It may cause the drain to block. Damaged caused by such misuse is covered by the tenant.
