Contemporary house nestled in lush greenery, a park covering over a hectare, located halfway between Reims and Epernay in a beautiful village in the Montagne de Reims. Designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people, you will appreciate the aesthetics of the place and its calm. Thanks to the large bay windows, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the vast wooded park. With the forest nearby, you will be able to go hiking or cycling on the many paths that leave from the village. The space Enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the Champagne countryside, in a single-storey cottage designed for relaxation and simplicity. For stays between 15 January and 15 March, early arrival or late departure may be available, subject to availability. An ideal setting to slow down and enjoy Champagne out of season. The accommodation consists of two separate bedrooms. The first has a 160×200 cm double bed. The second can be configured with either a 160×200 cm double bed (default configuration) or two 80×200 cm single beds; please specify your preference when booking. The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided for a comfortable stay from the moment you arrive. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and two sinks, with a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen opens onto a bright living room with a pleasant view of the garden, perfect for relaxing and socialising. Outside, a furnished wooden terrace awaits you with a table, chairs, deckchairs and a parasol. A barbecue is also available so you can make the most of sunny days. Secure parking is available inside the property, ensuring a peaceful stay. Guest access By car to the address 59 Rue des Haies, 51160 Germaine, the city of Paris located at 1h50 by car. Access by train, with the TER Champagne Ardenne: line Reims -Epernay, at the Germaine stop. Other things to note The owner Fabrice lives in the property; he will be very discreet during your stay. His son, Clément, manages the gîte and takes care of your booking.
