Situated in the village of Beddgelert, at the foot of Snowdon opposite the River Glaslyn, Arosfa is a stone-built Grade II listed cottage, fully refurbished and immaculately presented offering self catering holiday accommodation. Set amidst stunning scenery, Arosfa is an ideal base for a restful and relaxing holiday in and around Beddgelert, and for exploring the Snowdonia National Park and the sights of North Wales. The space Weekly rates vary according to season, please message for exact price. Minimum 3 Nights Week runs Saturday-Saturday, can be flexible please enquire. Accommodation Downstairs - lounge dining room with comfy seating, table and chairs, feature fireplace with log-burning stove, and outlook to the surrounding mountains. A digital TV, and a DVD / CD home cinema system with radio are provided. The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes a 2 ring ceramic halogen hob, a high -quality combi oven/microwave, extractor fan, fridge, kettle, and toaster. There is plenty of storage space, and a full compliment of all the usual culinary equipment and kitchen essentials. All cleaning equipment and tea towels are provided. A separate utility and drying room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer. Upstairs - spacious bedroom with a super-king bed, can also be configured as 2 x 3' singles. There is plenty of storage space with a walk-in wardrobe/ dressing area. Views from the bedroom window look out over the River Glaslyn and the mountains. All bed linen is provided. Upstairs there is also a shower-room with a walk in shower, washbasin, and heated towel rail (towels are provided), and a separate Toilet (W.C) The door from the utility room / drying room leads into the back garden, a private retreat backed by birch woodland on the mountain slope behind. There is a patio/seating area with table and chairs, and views over the cottage to the mountains. On-street parking outside the cottage, which is available to all residents and visitors along the street. The cottage is a 2 minute walk from the centre of Beddgelert village, where there are bars, pubs, cafe's restaurants, ice cream parlour, and village shop with post office. Please note that Arosfa is non- smoking and although we love pets, we aren't able to accept pets. There is a SkyGlass TV System, which has been programmed with Sky TV Guide, and access to basic Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV X, Channel4 etc. There is also a fibre internet connection to allow you to connect to the cottage's own WiFi Network. Guest access You will have full access to the property with on-street parking, as parking is open to all , alternative off road parking is available upon request near my own property.
