This is a completely renovated 3-bedrooms villa offering a remarkable view over the most famous Dubrovnik Fortress called Minceta. The villa features a spacious terrace with a swim spa pool equipped with Jacuzzi - hot hydro massage tub for 6 persons ( up to 37 c/...98.6f) and counter current infinity swimming system for 2 persons ( up to 3o c/.86...f). All villa guests can enjoy in it any time during the whole year and also relax in the garden. The space The Villa spreads on two floors. The ground floor consists of the entrance hall, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious open space kitchen with living room and dining area. From the kitchen and living room, the door opens onto the front terrace equipped with an outside dining table, BBQ, sun loungers and large swim spa pool with hydro massage and counter current swimming system.   The Internal staircase leads up to the first floor featuring 3 en suite bedrooms and a kitchenette. Two bedrooms with double beds are facing south and they both open onto balcony offering a unique view over the Dubrovnik’s most beautiful tower Minceta. The third bedroom has a double bed which can be set as two single beds if needed. All 3 bedrooms have their own private en suite bathrooms. The entire property and terrace is surrounded with a garden area and green Mediterranean plants. Surrounded by centuries old and well-preserved medieval walls Old Town truly is a magical place to visit. Besides historical attractions and museums Old Town is the home of many  lively restaurants, cafes and shops. The Old Town port connects nearby island Lokrum by boat which runs frequently during summer season and the drive takes only 10 minutes. Lokrum, this small Island located near Old Port can be described as a paradise on earth where you can spend a day relaxing under the sun on of the many rocky beaches or just walking around the Island and admiring nature in its full glory. The island has plenty of pines, cypress and olive trees as well as some other subtropical vegetation which offers tranquility and shade, besides this there are many wild but friendly rabbits and peacocks freely walking around. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area. *The pool water quality is regularly checked and the pool is cleaned every three days by our technicians to ensure the water is always clear and safe for use. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
