HOUSE RULES Sound: Outdoor noise is not permitted in order to respect our neighbours’ peace and quiet. Indoor noise is permitted provided that doors and windows remain closed. The gîte has an audio system to which you can connect a phone or computer. It is forbidden to add any other audio equipment, including speakers or subwoofers. Rubbish bins: Recycling bins are available inside the gîte, as well as larger bins outside the gîte. Cleaning: Cleaning is included in the rental price. However, the gîte must be left in a reasonably clean condition (sweep up any rubbish on the floor and mop sticky floors). It is forbidden to place glasses or bottles directly on the wooden furniture or on the pool table. Coasters are provided. The spa bath: Fill with water to at least 5cm above the jets before switching on the bubble system. The bath can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people at a time. Capacity: The gîte is designed to accommodate a maximum of 15 people. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking, without notice and without refund. Pets: Pets are welcome provided you notify us at the time of booking and pay a fee upon arrival (10€/day). The Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is secured by a gate, which must be kept closed. It is private and heated, and is open from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm between May and September (please remember to bring your beach/pool towels). CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Remove bed linen (except mattress protectors) and place it with the used towels in the laundry room corridor on the floor in front of the washing machines. - Empty and tidy the dishwasher - Empty the bins into the outdoor waste containers - Return the keys
