Lovely 3 bedroom self-catered holiday home (sleeps 6) in a remote valley of a mountainous area, surrounded by cultivated farmland and Mediterranean forest. All modern conveniences and décor is warm and cheerful. Fully equipped and all linen provided Private fenced off pool. The space House built in 2002, with 3 bedrooms (6 persons) in a very quiet rural area, next to an organic vegetable garden, and surrounded by fields and Mediterranean forests. There is a small natural garden (without pesticides) with sun loungers next to the securely fenced private swimming pool. Equipped with all modern conveniences and the decor is warm and cheerful. Fenced private pool. Layout of the house: Bedroom 1 and 2 with a double bed. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Two bathrooms, one en-suite with shower and the other with bath. Open kitchen, modern and fully equipped with stove, fridge / freezer, oven / microwave, toaster, mixer, juicer, 'old-fashioned' Spanish espresso machine and of course all crockery is amply present. The washing machine is placed in the bathroom. Open living, dining room with a 3-seater sofa and 2 very easy chairs. Dining table (extendable) with 6 chairs. The wall cabinets are full of books and travel guides (in Spanish, Dutch, English and French, among others). The original prints, photographs by the owner and paintings on the walls give the place a personal touch. NEW: We have installed air conditioning in all rooms for warmth in winter and coolness in summer! All bed linen and towels are provided. We have wireless internet in the house (WiFi). PLEASE NOTE: Access to the property is via a paved country road (except for approximately 200 yards in the centre). At the end of the country road is a sharp U-turn and steep descent.
