Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor. The space The apartments/vacation home are new, tasteful, spacious and comfortably furnished and all have a bathroom with shower. They all have a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area with TV. You are welcome to use our wellness area with sauna, hot tub, relaxation room and exit to the garden. In the Alte Schule vacation home, there is a large bedroom (double bed) and a large living room with sofa bed for 2 and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the upper floor of the vacation home is a large room with an open built-in kitchen, large dining table, sitting area with sofa bed for 2 and somewhat separated (not closed) a sleeping area with 2 single beds. In the apartment Herzmuschel there is a bathroom, a built-in kitchen, a dining area, a living area with sofa bed for 2 and separated (not closed) a sleeping area with large double bed. In the apartment Samtmuschel there is a bathroom, a living, dining and kitchen area and 2 closed bedrooms, one with a French double bed and one with 2 single beds. The accommodations have a total living area of 250 square meters. The total area of the guest area is approximately 320 square meters. The accommodations can also be booked individually as needed. Guest access Our guests have their own parking, bicycles, wellness area, garden and courtyard with seating areas. Other things to note The accommodations can also be booked individually. The price always includes bed linen, towels and utilities for the number of guests booked. We provide bicycles. The cost per day is 5.00 euros/bicycle. Pets are welcome in the Alte Schule vacation home. Washer and dryer cost 5.00 euros each per use and are located in our apartment. The use of the wellness area with sauna and whirlpool costs 6.00 euros per child (up to 12 years) and 12.00 euros per adult including sauna towel. Final cleaning is optional. Final cleaning is carried out according to the recommended standards of Airbnb.
