Fleur de Lys is a light and spacious apartment overlooking the port of Dinan and the river Rance. Very close to restaurants, bistros and the traditional French bakery. Fleur de Lys is on the first floor of a historic old building , and has been renovated and decorated with sensitivity and respecting it's heritage. With two bedrooms , one bathroom and living room overlooking the river. Free WIFI (Fibre). The apartment is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. The space Perfectly placed to enjoy the bustling river and port of Dinan a short walk across the old stone bridge brings you to a number of good riverside restaurants, bistros, cafes and a good bakery.  Access to the apartment is from a quiet side street, with a separate  entrance. The historic centre of Dinan is close by. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed , and a second with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower screen. Separate WC. Light and spacious living room with large windows overlooking the river and port area. Corner kitchen and dining area . There are two sofas ( one makes a comfortable double bed) with TV receiving both French and UK TV channels. Free WIFI. Internal area is 45 sq metres/ 484 square feet. There is a garden area allocated for the sole use of the apartment , which is a short walk away , access is via the tow path and a couple of steps down to a pleasant sitting out area. Free on street parking available next to the apartment , or we have a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for a small charge - 20€ per week. Guest access Shared entrance on the ground floor, flight of stairs leads to your self contained and private first floor apartment. Other things to note Tourist tax, bed linen and towels included in rental prices. Free WIFI , TV with both English and French channels. We check that the property is clean and ready for you before your arrival , and you can either clean before leaving or our end of stay clean option is 50€ Free on street parking available next to the apartment , or we have a limited number of reserved parking spaces available for a small charge - 20€ per week. ( Please check availability when booking). Key box system allows for independent check-in and arrival any time after 4 pm. We leave locally and are available if you need us , or if you have any questions. We speak English , French and some German. You can hire boats,canoes and bikes on the port between April and October. The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the historic port of Dinan, which has a selection of good restaurants and a traditional Breton bakery. The medieval town centre is a very short drive away, or a 10 minute walk up the picturesque cobbled Jerzual hill.
