The space Bay House is located 2 minutes walk from the sandy swimming and surfing beach in Trevone (one of only 8 blue flag beaches in Cornwall) and a 5-10 minute walk along the coastal path from 'Rocky Beach' with its natural swimming pool. The house is ideal for a relaxing holiday with double and twin bedrooms, perfect for 4 people, with a sofa bed in the living room to sleep an additional person if required. Modern, well-equipped kitchen (newly refurbished for 2022), living/dining room, separate downstairs toilet, small garage where you will find the bbq, utility room with freezer and washing machine. With superfast BT wifi, smart TV, off-road parking and small garden you have everything you need for a great summer or winter stay. The house will have been carefully prepared for your arrival, beds made up for four people with towels included. Please bring your own beach towels. Sorry no pets and no smoking.
