Winners of the Best Bed and Breakfast in the East of England, We can promise you a very wam and friendly welcome at Dairy Barns situated between Hickling in the Norfolk Broads and the stunning coastline at Sea Palling, Waxham and Horsey Gap Seal Colony. Our fantastic breakfasts are worth getting up for with a delicious full english and amazing homemade waffles, along with homemade cake on arrival. Dairy Barns opened in 2005 we have 9 bed and breakfast rooms and 2 holiday cottages on the farm The space The Cowshed is our upside down room. Your large bedroom is downstairs with super King sized bed and views to your private courtyard garden. There is a single bed and seocnd pull out bed downstairs so ideal for a family stay. Upstairs you have a spacious lounge, open plan gallery style, with a large comfy sofa and flat screen TV, a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. You’ll love the stylish, convenient and easy-to-use Nespresso coffee machine – we think it produces an almost perfect cup of coffee! In the bathroom we turn back the clock with Victorian style design and large shower, with room for two. Fluffy towels, robes and luxury toiletries are of course included You have your own front door for complete privacy and a private court yard garden. The room has a fridge and glasses in case you want to enjoy a glass of wine or champagne. As an extra treat If you would like to have breakfast in your room we will happily bring a full English breakfast or homemade waffles to your door for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own lounge or maybe outside in the early morning sunshine on the deck in your own little garden. During your stay We love welcoming people to our farm and have been doing so for more than 20 years, we are very proud to have won the award for Best Bed and Breakfast in the East of England twice. Hannah and Ian along with their amazing team of staff pride themselves in offereing a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests. Along with clean and comfotable rooms we enjoy helping you make the most of your stay offering suggestions on places to visit and the best pubs and resturants to eat at. You are welcome to explore the paths on the farm where there is wildlife in abundance and simply enjoy getting away from the hussle and bustle of real life. We have horses on the farm all year and in the summer there are beef cattle and sometimes sheep on the meadows. Other things to note we welcome children from age 2, there is an addtional charge. children of all ages are welcome in our 2 holiday cottages Willow Farm Cottage and Dune View Cottage No dogs in the bed and breakfast, dogs are welcome in Dune View Holiday Cottage
