Minimum weekly rental The space The house is an authentic shipowner's house that dates from the early 1800s it faces south and enjoys a flowered garden protected by a large stone wall from the neighbors Guest access The house is accessed from the port of Lorient by the Compagnie Océane, which also carries cars, or by the company Escale Ouest which offers services on demand but does not pass the cars. You can reach Lorient by road, plane and train. The taxi takes you from the Lorient Bretagne South terminal to the ferry terminal in 15 minutes. The bus takes you directly from the train station to the Compagnie Océane ferry station, rue Gilles Gahinet. Arriving on the island of Groix in Port Tudy, you can reach the house with your car if you have passed one, or by the bus that drops you off in Locmaria 300 m from the house, either on the church square or at the beach.
