The space - Immaculate one bedroom available in a two bedroom, one bath classic San Diego beach flat located in Crown Point/Pacific Beach. - This cozy place has been renovated and is situated two blocks away from the bay. You will have your own private room which has a comfortable Full size bed. The room also has a huge closet. You will have access to the rest of the house which includes kitchen, Internet access, & washer/dryer. I will be living in the second bedroom and we would be sharing the bathroom. - Plenty of street parking if necessary. Walking distance to public transportation (Bus 30) which gets you Downtown or La Jolla in approximately 20/25 minutes. You are also a 5 minutes walk/bike from the walking street in PB which has a ton of local eateries and retail shops. There is a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, coffee and tea, cups, plates , glasses.....everything you need for a breakfast or snack. I have 2 bicycles that you are welcome to use anytime. By bike (provided) you will have a beautiful 5 minute ride by the bay to one of the most beautiful beaches (Mission Beach) - Close to Garnet street, the main businesss street in Pacific Beach for shopping, restaurants, yoga classes, etc. - Close to the ocean, Kate Sessions park or Mt. Soledad with a view over the entire San Diego area. - La Jolla is 5 minutes away by car, - Downtown and airport 10 minutes away - Sea World 5 minute drive, - San Diego Zoo 15 minute drive Pacific beach has a lot of restaurants and a beautiful pier and beach, or as an alternative, drive to La Jolla Cove with more restaurants and shopping streets.
