Mumare is a charming Ibiza style villa with a nice combination of antique and modern. It counts with a mature garden and a lot of outside space. New for 2024: New showers and underfloor heating are being fitted in all bathrooms. Aerothermal central air conditioning hot/cold throughout the house. Combination of solar panel and tradition water heating to guarantee hot water. The space The ground floor offers an open living/dining room full of character, with access to the front covered terrace and to the side terrace. The kitchen that is well equipped also has access to the side terrace and pool area. This floor counts with 2 bedrooms, a twin and a double bedroom that share a bathroom. Close to these bedrooms there is a second small living room that connects to a games room with a billiard table and to a shower room. From the billiard room, interior stairs take us to the upper floor that offers three twin bedrooms that share a shower-room. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to a shared flat roof with two little tables and chairs. Outside on the ground floor, close to the pool there is a exterior double bedroom with en suite shower room. Brick built barbecue and big table, also nice patio. Pool of 7.30m x 3.50m with sunbeds and pool toallas are provided.
