Half a mile from the village of Kingston, with private driveway, Lower Great Torr is within walking distance of quiet local Beaches and the South West Coast Path. The unspoilt Erme Estuary has wonderful year round sunsets and sandy beaches. This character house is Georgian in origin and has exceptionally beautiful well maintained private gardens with rare plant species . The property is in a quiet rural location, designated AONB , the ideal getaway for couples, families looking to relax. The space The large open-plan kitchen/Dinner is furnished to a high standard and with all the modern appliances at hand, you have everything you need to make delicious meals at home. The dining area has seating for six people and also has a study area in the corner of the room. There is also a warm and homely woodburning stove . The welcoming and cosy lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating, and the large flat screen TV has the option to access your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts for those cosy nights in. The good quality WiFi here is fast and strong, and covers the whole house and gardens. There is also a local 4G transmitter which serves most of the Estuary and area. Lower Great Torr sleeps 6: one king size bedroom(with second TV), a double bedroom with an en-suite and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have a range of modern furniture, including matching bedside tables with reading lamps. There is a separate toilet, along with a family bathroom, which has both a shower and a large antique roll-top bath, the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The is also a modern downstairs cloakroom with powerful rain shower. Lower Great Torr has off-road parking, behind a gated driveway, large enough for four or more cars. Surrounded by a lovely, landscaped front and side private gardens, there is more than enough space for any little ones to run around and play outside.
