Small residence of 8 apartments, comfortable, assigned parking, large quiet, secure inner courtyard, WI FI. Ground floor studio on courtyard. Shared laundry (washing machine/dryer €3/machine). Downtown, everything is on foot from the residence: shopping, walks, spa, cycling. Come and taste our way of life. No linens provided. But rental of linens and sheets, possible to ask us. A pet participation is required €1/day, to be paid on site. The space The residence is located a few minutes walk to the center, its shops, and the Aquensis center. Large inner courtyard to enjoy the calm. Studio, equipped with every comfort: Kitchen area: microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, table, window on courtyard (northern exposure); sleeping: a 140 cm bed, bedside tables with lamps, wall / wardrobe closet, color TV + TNT; bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet, towel rack, towel heater; Studio Jonquille is located on the ground floor, with a window door overlooking the courtyard. Guest access Shared laundry; private parking, Reserved spaces in courtyard with garden furniture. Bike room for cyclists, or local fishing for fishing lovers. Other things to note In winter, Bagneres is lovely. Finding the comfort of the city and all its facilities is ideal. Not to mention the après-ski with Aquensis, relaxation and well-being!. 15km away, La resort de la Mongie-Tourmalet at the foot of the Pic du Midi, 10km to the Campan-Payolle cross-country ski resort at the foot of the Col d 'Aspin and under the gentle eye of the Pic du Midi. As part of Covid and for the safety of all, linens are not provided. Thank you for understanding. Linen rental, sheets, toilet possible ask us. For better management and the best welcome for each of our guests, checkouts must be before 10:00 AM. A laundromat with 1 washing machine and 1 electric dryer is available for guests. A contribution of €3 is request per machine used for water and electricity. Check-ins are between 2pm and 7pm. by express agreement from us possible until 9pm. Beyond that, they're not accepted.
