Garden suite for families / groups

Well equipped, fresh suite near the lake of Zurich, with good connections to the city, airport and mountains. Living room with a comfortable bed sofa, separated by a curtain from the bedroom. Separate kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine. The space The suite is located in a historic building in the pitoresque old town of Horgen, by the lake of Zürich and 15 minutes by train from the city. It's a 3 min walk to the station. The suite has a sofa which in the evening easily converts into a queen size bed. There is a bedroom with a bunk bed, which is separated from the living area with curtains. In the separate kitchen you will find the most common equipment to comfortably cook and eat, including stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave oven and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub. There is a washing machine and a separate dryer, as well as a rack to hang clothes. Washing powder is not included but is available in nearby stores. Guest access The suite is completely separate with its own ground floor entrance and key. You can use the shared, small but sunny garden. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are included. For longer stays, you can optionally order additional cleaning at a cost of 70 CHF (subject to availability). There is an English school in the same building, so during the day you may hear the children. It's empty at night though. It's conveniently located near the train station, which also means you will hear a train pass in the distance every now and then.
