"Your Home @ ROME" is a cozy apartment just few steps from Trastevere! 60 sqm on the third floor, kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom and a living room with a comfortable leather sofa that can accommodate another 2 guests. The space The apartment is on the third floor of a bulding area in the Marconi area, very closed to Trastevere. Is a cozy apartment, furnished with care and attention, to be able to return a warm and comfortable, just like you were at home! About 60 square meters, consists of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe with three sliding doors, a lounge with leather sofa with bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bath with shower. The apartment can accommodate 2 people and, if any, other 2 people in the comfortable couch (for example 2 couples or a couple with max 2 children). The heating system is centralized while the production of hot water for sanitary is independent. The house is well connected with the Fiumicino airport and with center of Rome: -About 500 meters from the apartment there is the FF-SS Trastevere stop which connect to Fiumicino airport area, the central station Termini, Ostiense station, and to Tiburtina and to S.Pietro's train station filleting so all the focal points for a traveler. -Few steps from Trastevere station is the stop for tram "8" to the city center. -Near the apartment is possible to take bus "170" which, with few stops you will reach to metro B (stop Marconi). Guest access In the apartment you will find and you can use for free: wifi (internet connection 4G 200Gb/month), a PC available to guests, tv terrestrial and digital satellite TV (Hotbird and Astra), bed linen, towels, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and a dehumidifier, a cot mountable for children. Other things to note Check in: 4 p.m. Check out: 11 a.m. The check-in time is the one indicated but, if possible, we try to grant early check-in and/or late check-out to our guests (subject to availability, if we do not have check-in/check-out on the same day out of other guests). Check-in between 11pm - 6am is provided in the "unattended" mode via a KeyLocker in which we will leave you the keys to the door and directions to the house. Alternatively - if you request the presence of the host or co-host we are unfortunately forced to ask for a supplement of 30 euros.
