"Villa-Teremok" is a rustic oasis prepared for families with children to enjoy. MINIMUM SUMMER STAY OF ONE WEEK. Ask about the possibility of renting for less than a week. The space "Villa-Teremok" is rented integrates with the private pool and garden. It's not luxurious, all simple but every room has it's own decoration. Last reform - May 2023. NOT LOCATED IN THE ALBALAT VILLAGE OF THE TARONGERS!!!! Located in the Pla de Pavía development closer to Valencia, 5 km from the AP7 Barcelona-Alicante highway, exit 311 Rafelbunyol, Puig, Pobla de Farnals, Pucol. Located in a green area with pines, close to the mountains and 10 km from the beach of the villages Pobla de Farnals beach, Puig playa, Pucol beach, the very quiet area with pure air. It is rented for the weekend or family vacation. The 3-story chalet (350 m2), two covered terraces, 3 bathrooms with shower, 1 outside toilet, 6 rooms. Ground floor - living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. First floor - living room, two bathrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and another room with a single bed. Last floor has three bedrooms: one - with a double bed, a single bed and a cot. Other - with 4 single beds. Third - with two single beds but they are always like a double bed (depends on the group). Garden, swimming pool, BBQ, children's area with swing and slide. Parking up to 4 cars. The summer rental depends on the number of people, total with children. HOUSE RULES: - The stay of people not indicated in the reservation is prohibited in the house. - Pets are not allowed!!! - No parties, celebrations, and loud music. The house is located in an urbanization in which neighbors live and must be respected, if they make parties with music and annoy the volume of the party, the neighbors warn the police, so they must respect coexistence. The break time - 14.30-17.00 and 22.00-8.00. - We did not rent for groups of young friends, we had very bad experiences. - There shall not be smoking inside the home. Guest access The pool works 1.06-20.09. Heating from 15.11 to 1.04. The pool water's quality is checked every day by the house owner at 7-8 am. Free parking spot for 3-4 cars on the plot or you can park on the street. 24-hour outdoor video surveillance. Electricity power 4kW. Hot solar plate water. The house has air conditioning in two N4 and N6 bedrooms on the top floor and in the living room on the first floor. Ground floor has lampara-ventilador. Hot water from solar plates. The heating with radiators. Sheets and towels, shower gel, soap included. Free cot (bedding at the expense of guests). Free wifi. KIt for day of entry - toilet paper 1 roll per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 trash bag. The bar "Garrofera" 3 minutes walk away. Supermarket Consum, Mercadona and metro stop 10 minutes away by car in Rafelbunyol or Pobla del Farnals. Beach 15 min drive - Pobla del Farnals beach, Pucol playa, Puig playa, Valencia 20-25 minutes drive. Other things to note There is no public transport to the residential development. This place is for travelers with a car. We inform you about the internet. This area has no landline, no fiber. Wave WiFi, 8kb speed. Sorry to bother you, it's not up to us, it's a mountain area.
