The Abérou Au Pied des Montagne Gîte is located in the village of Asasp-Arros, near the RN 134, at the crossroads of the Aspe, Ossau and Barétous Valleys, 8 km from OLORON SAINTE MARIE, 30 minutes from the Basque Country, 1 hour from the Ocean and Lourdes. Pets are allowed but I would like to be notified. The space The house is equipped to accommodate 7 people. It includes: - 1 bedroom with 140 bed, bathroom and toilet - 1 bedroom with 140 bed, - 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, a 90 bed and a baby cot, - a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor - - an equipped Béarnaise kitchen (gas stove, range hood, microwave, small appliances, dishwasher, combined fridge/freezer, washing machine, fireplace insert, etc.), - a living room (TV,), The L'Abérou gîte also has a courtyard, a 60 m2 garage and a 600 m2 fenced garden. (with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, swing, basketball hoop,) Tourist tax is due: €1.15 per person over 13 years old per day The price includes water, an electricity package of 8 kw/day, gas, beds made on arrival, tea towels, some towels and baby equipment (to be specified when booking). A security deposit of €400 will be required, we will be happy to return it to you at the end of the stay after the departure inventory. Optional service: Cleaning €50. It is centrally located in the village, about twenty meters from a road. Guest access All rooms in the house are at your disposal except the attic.
