The flat is in the city center surrounded by green parks: Garcia Sanabria Park and Prince Square and it is in a shopping area where you can find shops to buy all kinds of clothes, shoes, presents, electronics, and crafts ... The area has pubs, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs and is ideal for walking... Public transportation available: buses, tram and there is a taxi stop 50 meters away. Easy access to Las Teresitas beach by bus. It is close to the Tenerife Auditorium, TEA (Tenerife Arts Space), the Museum of Nature and Man, and the local food market Our Lady of Africa. Wonderful place to be visiting a very nice and friendly city but feeling as comfortable as being at home. It is also ideal to work from home, it has an extra monitor and keyboard, table, and office chair with hyper-speed WIFI. Although it is not allowed to smoke inside, you can certainly do so on the terrace. Guest access There is a rooftop with a private laundry room with a washing machine and space to hang up clothes to dry.
