We are located 6 minutes' walk from the sea, facing the dunes, on the GR223, a few kilometers from the Siouville surf spot (the most famous spot in Normandy for the frequency and quality of the waves) and close to the D-Day beaches. Single-story house, 38 m2, 2 bedrooms, 4 to 5 people. Small secluded terrace overlooking the dunes. Garden furniture. Parking. Pets allowed. The space Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. - Check-out time is 10 a.m. The interior (for 4 people) is equipped with: • Living area with open-plan kitchen, table, 4 chairs + 4 folding chairs, sofa, flat screen TV, microwave, electric coffee maker (classic), glass ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher (6 place settings). • Bedroom 1 with a double bed of 140 x 190 (1 duvet (220 x 240), 2 pillows (60 x 60). • Bedroom 2 with a double bed of 140 x 190 (1 duvet (220 x 240), 2 pillows (60 x 60). And a mezzanine bed of 90 x 190 (1 duvet (200 x 200), 1 pillow (60 x 60). • Shower room with toilet (there is no sewage system, do not throw anything into the toilet other than toilet paper) No bleach. - Electric heating. • No Wi-Fi. Use of 4G, depending on the operator. Provided: blankets and duvets, pillows and kitchen and maintenance equipment. Not provided: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, dish towels, etc. Outdoor shed: you will find garden equipment in the shed. Table, chairs, umbrella, small barbecue… (numbered padlock (code 1891). Some useful instructions: Parking: park your car in the courtyard (not in the square in front of the house), if you have other vehicles, leave them on the street. The rental is non-smoking: please smoke in the garden and pick up your butts. Practical side for the beach: You can put the bowl with water at the door of the house. So when you come back from the beach, you can rinse your feet easily. Pets: They are welcome. Out of respect for the next tenant, you must not leave any trace of their passage, both inside and outside. Before you leave: Empty the garbage cans, the coffee filter, do the cleaning (not included in the price). For a long stay: Please take out the trash as indicated in the binder.
