Sea house 4 to 5 people

We are located 6 minutes walk from the sea, facing the dunes, on the GR223, a few kilometers from the Siouville surf spot (the most famous spot in Normandy for the frequency and quality of the waves) and close to the landing beaches. House, 38 m2, 2 bedrooms, 4-5 guests. Small terrace out of sight with views over the dunes. Garden furniture. Parking. Animals considered. The space Check-in time between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - Check-out time 10:00 a.m. The interior (sleeps 4) is:: • Living area with American kitchen, table, 4 chairs + 4 folding chairs, sofa, flat screen TV, microwave, electric coffee maker (classic), glass-ceramic plate, oven, dishwasher (6 cutlery). • Bedroom 1 with a bed for 2 people of 140 x 190 (1 duvet (220x240), 2 pillows (60x60). • Bedroom 2 with a bed for 2 people of 140 x 190 (1 duvet (220x240), 2 pillows (60x60). And a mezzanine bed of 90 x 190 (1 duvet (200x200), 1 pillow (60x60). • Shower room with toilet (there is not everything in the sewer, do not flush anything in the toilet other than toilet paper) No bleach. - Electrical heating. • No Wifi. Use of 4G, depending on operator. Are provided: blankets and duvets, pillows and cooking and maintenance equipment. Not provided: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels …. Outdoor cabin: you will find garden equipment in the cabin. Table, chairs, umbrella, small barbecue... (numbered padlock (code 1891). Some helpful guidelines: Parking: Park your car in the courtyard (not in the square in front of the house), if you have other vehicles, leave them on the street. The rental is non-smoking: please smoke in the garden and pick up your butts. Convenient side for the beach: You can put the bowl with water at the door of the house. So when you get back from the beach, you can rinse off your feet easily. Pets: They're all about. Out of respect for the next tenant, you must not leave any trace of their passage, both inside and outside. Before your departure: Empty the trash cans, the coffee filter, clean up (not included in the price). For a long stay: Please take out the garbage as shown in the binder. Glass is to be placed in the container, Route des Mielles (towards the village of Surtainville). Guest access Entire place.
