The property was completed in 2018 and includes a total of 3 apartments and a penthouse. The penthouse has a size of about 100 square meters and is handed over to our guests with bed sheets, towels and bathrobes. In the parking deck are the paid, closed and covered parking spaces for your car (10€ per day/night). A tourist tax is charged per guest per night by the City of Bad Neuenahr. This must be paid upon arrival. The space Our spacious apartments in the city center of the spa town of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in the Ahr Valley invite you to relax and enjoy. Through the in-house elevator you can reach the apartments on the 1st to 3rd floor of the property comfortably and barrier-free. The balconies appeal to sunbathe all day with their southwest design. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a “loft-like” living area with integrated fitted kitchen, the apartment is ideal for an occupancy of four people. For additional guests, the fully-fledged sleeping system, which is integrated into the sofa of the living room, offers two additional overnight accommodation options. The bed in the main bedroom has a size of 180cm x 200cm, the bed in the adjoining bedroom and the sofa bed in the living area have a size of 160cm x 200cm. The bathrooms are each equipped with a glazed and walk-in shower cabin, as well as sinks and toilet. In addition, the master bathroom offers you a bathtub with towel heater and in addition there is a urinal in the guest bathroom. Our apartments are handed over to our guests with bed sheets, towels and bathrobes. Furthermore, we attach great importance to family friendliness and are happy to provide you with a cot or high chair if available. Pets are only allowed on request. The spa guest cards with attractive advantages and offers are available at the key handover at the hotel Mietz, which is located on the opposite side of the street. Guest access The entire apartment as well as the parking deck, the bicycle storage room and the laundry room in the KG can be used by the guest free of charge.
