The holiday villa "Villa Linda" is a wounderfull, perfectly equipped villa close to the beaches Zavial and Ingrina in a small typical village.The villa is situated on the edge of thevillage with view into the neature reserve with a stunning mediteranien stonegarden, big, curvy swimmingpool (with small non-swimming area for kids) and BBQ-area. The villa has 4 bed rooms, each with it own en-suite shower bath, 2 kitchens and 2 living room, one for each floor. Also WIFI and a lot space. The space The villa offers 4 bed rooms each with own en-suite bathroom. Each bed room has a double bed 2x2m and wardrobes with big mirrors. The downstairs bed rooms has direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. Each floor has 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room.The downstairs kitchen is new with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing maschine, ceran cooker and a dining area. the upstairs kitchen is an open kitchen with microwave, fridge, ceran-cooker, washing maschine, dish washer and the kitchen are equipped with everything you might need (like coffee maschine, toaster, kettle e.g.). The downsstairs living room also has direct access to the pool area and a home cinema system. The upper living room has a seperate dining area for up to 12 persons, TV, DVD-player, Stereo, chimney and access to the balcony with overviews the nature park. The upper floor is designed with high wooden celings and is very airy and wounderfull fresh in the summer. The outside area has two BBQs, three terrasse, one table tennis, sun lounges, three tables with chairs and a wounderfully mediterainen stone garden. Guest access The guests have access to all areas of the property, so you really can feel at home. Other things to note As the property is connected to the nature reserve it would be important not to make open fire, less than in the BBQs of the property.
