Luxury Villa and Cottage In the village of Moltrasio, in one of the most charming and quiet areas of the Lake Como, Luxury Villa and Cottage completely renewed offers with 5 ensuite bedrooms plus a family room , pool, garden, amazing lake view and car parking. Sleeps 12 The space The Villa consists of 2 floors plus the attic. On the first floor there are 3 spaciuos and bright ensuite double bedrooms. Two of them have a nice balcony. The main bedroom offers a comfortable walk-in closet and a small study area. On the attic a family suite that includes one bedroom with double bed, one with twin bed, full bath and a lovely lounge. On the ground floor there is the fully equipped cook’s kitchen; Gaggenau appliances including five-burner gas range and two ovens, warming oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and Miele dishwasher; Nespresso coffee maker; Fully-equipped laundry room with washer and dryer. Bright living room with reading corner and fireplace with access to the garden where you can spend unforgettable moments with family and friends. Services: air-conditionig in every room, High speed Internet Wifi, Ultra HD television in the cozy recreation room (it is possible to see the European channels or use your Netflix account), Iphone-Ipad speakers in livingroom, kitchen and outdoor spaces. The Cottage consisting of 2 ensuite bedrooms with a breathtaking terrace with lake view. Gym and The large swimming pool with deck overlooking the lake is the perfect place for total relaxation during the summer. Private, secured parking. The lake is about a 15 minute walking from the Villa; 3 minute walk to bus stop; the house is just a few steps from “Trattoria del Fagiano”, one of the best restaurant in the area; the city of Como is 15 minutes drive and Cernobbio and Villa d’Este only 5 minute drive . There is the tourist tax is 5 Euro per person per night for max 7 nights. Children under 12yrs not requested. Guest access The Villa is for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note The check in is planned between 3:00 to 6:00pm. If you wish a dinner at your arrival, please book us in advance. Anyway a nice restaurant is just few steps by the villa, but better to book the table. We can do it for you. The check out is within 10:00 am.
