The flat is light and spacious, with large windows throughout and would be an excellent base for your trip! The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect, and there is a dining table for evenings. The living area is spacious, with a large, comfortable sofa bed and workspace. Please note that the sofa bed is smaller than a standard double bed, but it is still a double sofa bed. Sofa bed dimension - sleeps 1 person. Bed size (approx) W:138 cm by L:188 cm We hope you'll get a great night's sleep in our king-size bed in the main bedroom and use the towels and toiletries provided in the large bathroom. We are happy for you to bring pets along with you, but there is no outside space attached to the flat, so don't advise bringing large pets that need a lot of room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Our home is located conveniently on St. John Street. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
