The house has a private pool with a jacuzzi, a large granite kitchen and island, a laundry area and a garden overlooking the golf course. Note: Please review the information under "Guest access" about additional condo entry fees. Guest access Once the reservation is confirmed, the tenant will receive a form that must be completed and signed. The form includes the condominium rules, and lists the names and identification numbers of all guests as well as the vehicles with registration numbers that will enter the condominium. This information will be used to prepare the authorization letter to enter the condominium. Entrance to the Campestre El Peñón Condominium has a cost for tenants per vehicle and person. The condominium charges the fee directly at the time of entry and it has a value of $70,000 pesos per vehicle and $15,000 pesos per person over 9 years of age, per day of stay. These charges are subject to change without prior notice. The charge will be made at the rate that applies on the day of entry. The house key will be available on the day of guest arrival. Other things to note If desired by the tenant, we have a golf cart available that is rented for a value equivalent to $50 per day. Additional information is provided at the time of booking.
