The home has a stunning design with wood, tile, and stone to blend in perfectly with the natural surroundings. Casa Brisas features spacious common areas both inside and out, a game room/bar, and the sky deck with loungers, rancho and wet bar Casa de las Brisas has a lovely space for every possible activity a large group would need for entertainment. From the sky deck for sunbathing, swaying in hammocks to the Pacific Ocean breezes, floating in one of the 3 pools, sipping a cocktail on the veranda, playing billiards and foosball in the game room or quiet nooks for reading a book or doing yoga; It’s all about relaxation and celebration—truly being on vacation. There are several options for large group dining; a custom designed the indoor dining table that seats 14 people or an outdoor BBQ area with table and lounge area. The grand veranda is open air with several different lounge sitting areas, kitchen and dining area for great conversation and just hanging out with family and friends. Guests have private use of all common areas and 6 bedrooms of their choice of the 10 available. Guests can add on more bedrooms if the wish once the reservation is confirmed on Air B&B . House laundry is done by the maids, they can also do the guests laundry for a fee. We do have full concierge services that will assist you with transfers from the airport, activities that will pick you up at the house, and much, much more. The hosts are on call 24/7 and can assist you with anything you may need at any time. Pacific Canyon Drive is a private gated neighborhood set-off the main Manuel Antonio road. It is a community built by expats that wanted the comforts of modern luxury living within a tropical beach town. All conveniences and necessities are available by bus, taxi or walking distance. It is very easy to get around the area with plenty of taxis and a bus along the main road. Our host and concierge can assit you with taxis, transfers, car rentals, and all of the activities that will pick you up at your house. Our host receiving you will always practice social distancing. 2. There will always be alcohol in gel by the front door entrance for you to use at any time. 3. The villa is private for just your group, you will not be sharing any spaces with strangers.
