Beachfront Home w/key to empty beach

This home sits up on a little knoll across the street from one of the few great swimming beaches in the area. It is situated at the end of the road in the quaint fishing village of Bucaro. Staying here gives you vehicle access to 3 kilometers of otherwise inaccessible beach on Playa Ostional. The house has high ceilings and is open and airy. The space Below the house we have a half basketball court. Ask Cristina for the basketball. In the patio we have a ping-pong table. The paddle and ping-pong balls are in a bag in the cabinet over the fridge. Guest access The entire home is accessible except for the office, the room off the garage and the cabinets in the garage which we use for storage. Other things to note The house has a smart TV where you can watch internet stuff like YouTube, but not cable or satellite. Important Note: We do have internet. For now, the internet we have covers most of the needs, BUT if your job depends on full time, the internet never fails, then we must wait until we have a better service of internet. We have lots (for retirement, vacation home, or investment) as well as large parcels (for development or investment) available for purchase. If you fall in love with our little corner of paradise, contact us and we will arrange for someone to show you what is available and if you buy a lot we will deduct the cost of your accommodation from the purchase.
