This lovely apartment in the beautiful Casa Solana comes equipped with everything you need to make the most of your Yucatecan vacation. Queen sized bed, full kitchen facilities, free wi-fi, weekly cleaning and walking distance to our little village and public transportation. The space This tastefully furnished modern suite "Las Palmeras" is light and airy with soaring 12’ ceilings and an entire wall of glass doors and glass block in both the bedroom and living area. The secured compound is completely walled and gated and the suite opens onto a covered terrace with three beautiful mini palm trees and overlooking the gorgeous aqua-marine pool. We are located right on the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico and 3 blocks from the Chuburna Puerto town square. The suite is ideal for a mature couple looking for a private, peaceful and relaxing get-a-way. It is very quiet and tranquil but has all the modern conveniences of home including a brand new very comfy queen sized bed, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, and a full kitchen. We also have North American standard plumbing and electrical, a flat screen TV, a large selection of free movies.. Hammocks and beach towels are provided and air conditioning is available for an additional $5 per night when you use it. Complimentary housekeeping service is provided once per week and additional cleaning is available for a nominal fee. We can provide a baby crib if you have an infant/toddler. Weekly and monthly rates are also available. Chuburna Puerto is a charming little fishing village in the Yucatan. Known for its beautiful beaches and spectacular sunsets, this place is a breath of fresh air from the stress of daily life. You can take a walk on our white sand beach, nap in a hammock or have a nice lazy swim. For those of you that are into exploring, there are many Mayan ruins nearby to be climbed, wonderful traditional Hacienda’s to visit and beautiful under-ground sink holes called cenotes to swim in. Driving up the coast will reward you with many other little villages and 20 minutes away you will find Progreso, our port city. Here there is a much larger selection of restaurants and a full service grocery store. The amazing cosmopolitan city of Merida is 45 minutes away and it is a spectacular city ripe with culture, amazing architecture and museums and also provides shopping, restaurants and nightlife to those who cannot do without!
