This newly built, modern villa features six spacious bedrooms, delivering both luxury and tranquility in an idyllic setting. The main level features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, while a separate 2-bedroom, 2-bath guest housecomplete with its own entranceoffers additional space and privacy. Just steps from the water's edge, you'll find an oceanfront cabana, a kayak and paddleboard shack, a daybed, an outdoor shower, and a convenient beverage centerperfect for enjoying the Caribbean breeze from the Caicos Banks. Guests can choose to rent either all six bedrooms or just four at a reduced rate, ensuring flexibility to suit their needs. For added comfort, the villa's sparkling pool can be heated upon request (for an additional fee), offering year-round enjoyment.
