It was built in the 1970's and has no elevator access. The stairs to the second floor front door are outside and on the side of the building. The main living, kitchen and one bath are on the floor that you come in on. The 2 bedrooms and one bathroom are on the 3rd floor up a staircase. There is an addional sink in the master bedroom and a washer/dryer on this floor. Other things to note Please note that no pets are allowed at the condo. The traveller booking the reservation and staying at the condo must be a minimum of 25 years old, per condo regulations. Also, there is one parking spot available per condo. There is a guest pass for additional parking on a first come first serve basis and at busy times are not readily available.
