Also, in the rear of the house in a private nook, is an Outdoor Shower Area surrounded with lush tropical plantings. It's perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach, or for your daily shower if you prefer the great outdoors! Other things to note A short 1 block walk to the Malecon, restaurants/bars, shops, but far enough away as not to be affected by the occasional boisterous late nights. An easy 1 block walk to several beaches, and to Lydia's Colmado, (a neighborhood market which is convenient for many small items), which is just around the corner.
