Various games and a pool table with a smart tv available! A spacious backyard with a playset and a covered seating area for the adults allows for family playtime and relaxing. Stocked kitchen and 2 bathrooms updated. Pack n play, high chair, baby bath, stroller and rocking chair for families. Coded entry and ring doorbell camera at front door. The space The 3 bedrooms are upstairs separated by a hallway to the loft area overlooking the tv room with a beautiful brick fireplace. We set-up the local broadband for wifi and it is one of the fastest in the country! This corner lot has a gigantic backyard with playsets and games to play or multiple seating options for relaxing. The game room/basement/Fourth bedroom has a pool table and sleeper sofa with a separate office. Grown ups could be downstairs watching the Smart TV while playing pool. Another person could be working in the separate office getting some work done while still enjoying time with family. The lofted area just up the stairs has another smart TV for families to enjoy a movie while relaxing on the sofa, recliner, bench seat or at the table with barstools- lots of space! If others in your group want to go for a walk around the neighborhood or the lake nearby, a stroller is provided for a little one! Still, others could be snacking in the updated kitchen or preparing a meal. Additionally, more folks could enjoy the 2 dining areas where you could work on one of many puzzles, play poker or any number of games for children or grown-ups! Up the full stairs to the lofted hallway, are the 2 bathrooms (full and 3/4) as well as the 3 bedrooms each with queen beds. This area is separated from the hanging out areas in case anyone in your group may have an earlier bedtime. Every mattress and pillow have a cover an addition to linens and comforters have duvet covers that are washed after every single stay. All bathrooms are deeply sanitized with extra wipes to be used for peace of mind and a multitude of toiletries available. There are towels and washcloths enough for every guest as well as extra linens in the hall closet. Blackout curtains installed in every bedroom but windows are easily operated for fresh air throughout the house. Smart thermostat available for cooling and heating needs and you have full operation. Fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors installed throughout the house. Throw blankets available in each lounging area and laundered after use. Kitchen is stocked with many appliances such as ninja blender, electric mixer, slow cooker, electric hot water kettle, kuerig with pods, larger coffee pot with grounds, ice maker and water in fridge door. Guest access Whole access to the entire house and property available. The neighbors are very kind and quiet. Close access to Lake Macintosh with a semi-paved trail about 3 miles around the lake. Paddleboards, kayaks, etc. are allowed on the lake and there are a couple beach areas as well as fishing coast. Life jackets required. Several playgrounds and picnic table areas surround the lake as well as a sand volleyball area. Other things to note We are local family managing this one property as a short term rental and are eager to provide an enjoyable experience!
