We charge a $150 pet fee per for carpet and furniture cleaning so other guests won't suffer allergies. Be mindful of closing doors and loud TV and music as we often get shift workers who sleep days staying at one or both halves of the duplex. One of the double switches in the hall controls the light to the basement, look under the door or open it to assure you did not turn it on please. Keep this door locked to secure this apartment. Upper guests use the side door to get to their washer in the basement.
