The condo is accessed by three flights of stairs and does not feature an elevator. Please read and understand the cancellation and early check in/late check out policies before committing to booking. The condo is a one bedroom floorplan with two beds. The second bed is a fold out sofa bed located in the living room. Dogs and cats live in the building and may be at common areas of the property, but not in the condo. The condo is located in a mixed use building (residential condos above commercial businesses), faces the street, and is next door to Breckenridge Distillery restaurant and bar. Surface parking lot is provided at the building, however there are not reserved parking spaces. There are no assigned parking spaces or permits required. The condo features a portable air conditioning unit set up in the bedroom in summer months that exhausts out the window.
