Enjoy our cozy 3 bedroom brick ranch in the quiet countryside near Cookeville! Our home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot with plenty of shade in the front yard and full sun in the back yard. We are setup perfectly for one or two couples or a small family. The space The master bedroom has a roomy king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a comfy queen, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed set that is perfect for the kids! (Please note the bunkbeds are not for adults and has a max weight limit of 100lbs for the top bunk) All 3 bedrooms have closet space available and they share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is another bathroom with a shower and laundry room off the kitchen. Plenty of clean towels are included. The kitchen is well-stocked for all of your basic cooking needs and includes a Keurig for your morning coffee on the back deck! The living room has a 46in HD TV with internet access through a Roku device where you can sign in to any of your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, etc. There is high speed wifi throughout the home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for a small supply closet and the unfinished basement.
