The space This unique waterfront home is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring direct lake access and a seawall boat slip. Unwind year-round in the outdoor hot tub or gather around the fire pit on a cool evening. Inside, challenge your friends to some friendly competition in the with classic games. This old home's quirky layout offers two distinct living levels, making it ideal for groups who appreciate having separate spaces while vacationing together. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guest access The Cove is all yours. Please, make yourself at home. NOTE: Please remember that you're staying our home and there are other renters next door please be respectful. Other things to note • Location: The home is situated on Mt. Major Highway, which can be a bustling road. We have provided white noise machines in the bedrooms to help minimize any noise disturbance during your stay. • Damages: Please report any problems as soon as they arise. Please note that any damages to the property will be subject to the cost of repair or replacement. Pet Policy: Please let us know if your furry friend will be joining you during your stay. We ask that you keep your pet leashed while outside at all times and that you pick up after your pet. Please note the following house rule violations will result in fines: • Smoking $1500 • Parties or events $1500 • Unapproved late check out $250 • The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.
