It has a bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, living room, pull out queen leather sofa couch, which sleeps 2, walk out patio, and connects to the upstairs unit. If not rented it is locked off. We NEVER rent out the house to separate groups. The "Bear Den" is a separate unit with its own entrance and has a staircase connecting to the upstair unit.
