The cottage (sprinkled with timeless antiques) has all the amenities for a perfect stay- bed, sitting area, full bathroom and full kitchen with dining table. This treasure is located right off the road and minutes from the area's finest wineries, cideries, breweries and farm-to- table restaurants. Insects, pest, all part of the rural area. Internet, electricity, weather, etc. while all really good cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider. The total guest count, any pets must be on the reservation and kept on leashes at all times outside. We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab! No Exterior Loud Noise or No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time. Host is not responsible for normal insects, pest, weather, loss of power or internet If there is a problem with the provider.
