This spacious 1500 square foot, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo has 2 bedrooms each with queen mattresses and has 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The bedrooms are all located on the ground level. The living room, kitchen, and 2nd bathroom are upstairs. Steamboat offers a free shuttle service to the lifts and to town. Please note, there is no air conditioning! There is a free shuttle that is a 6 minute walk from the condo. Also, you will have 2 reserved parking spaces. I am always available via call or text. If you don’t hear back from me within 10 minutes, please try again! This condo is mostly a residential location. The building has a couple of other short term rentals, some long term rental and some are owner occupied. The patio is in between our 2 neighbors patios (so it is not a private patio). You have 2 reserved parking spaces, both labeled #6. Please let me know if you have any issues with the parking spots being taken by anyone that is not in your party.
