Welcome to Woodhaven Hideaway! 2 heated community pools and a hot tub. One pool has a retractable roof to allow swimming year round. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms newly built retreat perfect for family gatherings of up to 10 people. Enjoy modern finishes, a well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, central A/C, Wi-Fi, smart TV for the adults, and upstairs a large screen TV for DVDs for the kids. The space INSIDE THE HOME The open concept living room has a Queen sofa sleeper with a foam mattress and topper. A fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters and an eat-in island with seating for two. Large farmhouse table in the dining room seats eight. Laundry room and 1/2 bath complete the first floor. In the attached garage you'll find bikes, beach toys, and accessories that can be carted down to the beach via wagon. On the second floor is a spacious master suite with a king bed and twin day bed/trundle. The master bathroom has double sinks and ample storage. Then there's the large walk-in closet with a pack-n-play, providing a private baby bunk. Two more bedrooms have Queen beds. All mattresses are comfy - quality memory foam. There is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub to complete the upstairs. Outside, take in the natural beauty surrounding us or wind down around a crackling fire on cool evenings. There is parking for one car in the driveway and more spaces, as available, on the shoulder in front of the house. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The house sleeps 8 guests. Boats and golf carts are available for rent. Ride a cart for less than 10 min to downtown South Haven or take a short trip to nearby beach access (Newcome beach 0.6 miles, Oak Street Beach 1 mile, North Beach 2 miles). South Haven has always been our favorite resort town along Lake Michigan's shores. We are excited for you to experience the beautiful sugar sand beaches and golf courses. Explore local wineries and breweries. Try some fishing or boating. Hike and/or bike the nearby Kal-Haven trail. Shop the many boutiques or search for antiques downtown. Enjoy the quality restaurants and other resort towns nearby... and at the end of the day, witness breathtaking sunsets.
