Welcome to this spacious home in the beautiful golfing resort community of Diamondhead, 20 min from downtown Hot Springs and 5 minutes from Garvan Gardens and Lake Catherine State Park. There’s plenty of room in this five bedroom 2 bath home that is walking distance to the community pool (seasonal 10a-9p) and a 1 min drive to the golf course. There’s high speed WIFI, a front door ramp, back deck with patio furniture, fenced back yard, fire pit, hammock, BBQ pit, and pets are welcome $50 each. Oasis! Cindy Wade Other amenities- there is a basketball court, tennis court, disc golf course, playground, fishing pond, neighborhood store, country club restaurant with bar, driving range, and putting green for your recreation preferences. You will probably prefer to get around town in a your car, however, in the neighborhood you can enjoy a peaceful walk, bike ride, hike, etc. You will be given a 4 digit code to get in the front door, a pool pass (summer only) and 3 gate cards for your vehicles. ***If you arrive and there is no attendant at the guard shack, you will have to use the call box right after it located on your left. Find our names-Jay or Cindy Wade, and push the code listed. It will ring one of our phones and we can let you in.
