The space Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony. Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience. Removed from the traffic congestion that plagues popular Emerald Coast beaches, Portofino is uniquely situated between approximately 10 miles of stunning National Seashore to the east, the Gulf of Mexico to the south, and Santa Rosa Sound (approximately 3 miles across) to the north, and 3-4 miles of predominately single family housing to the west.
