Located in a quiet area of downtown Crested Butte, this house is both spacious and bright, and offers an ideal location for up to 7 visitors. Visitors can easily walk just a few blocks to many restaurants and shops in downtown Crested Butte. The house is also very close to the start of the Lower Loop trail system so guests can easily hike or mountain bike right out the door. In winter, the Crested Butte Nordic Center is blocks away & the Crested Butte ski area is just a quick bus ride away. The space Guests enter the house on the first floor, directly into a hallway that also acts as a mudroom. All three bedrooms are located on this floor. The large primary bedroom contains a king bed and an attached bath. The second bedroom also has. making bed and the third bedroom has a king bed with a twin. Both have access to a shared bath. Each bedroom has its own television. An additional guest can sleep on a pull out couch in the secondary living area. The second floor has various inviting living spaces. You can cook meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which is adjacent to the primary living area, the true hub of the house. A bar separates these two open concept areas. Family-style meals can be savored in dining area, adjacent to the comfortable primary living area. You can enjoy your favorite television shows in the large, yet cozy secondary living area. The spacious and bright atmosphere on the second floor is delightful, with vaulted ceilings and numerous windows that draw in natural light. The deck is accessible from the primary living area. Guest access Visitors can easily walk just a few blocks to many restaurants and shops in downtown Crested Butte. The house is also very close to the start of the Lower Loop trail system so guests can easily hike or mountain bike right out the door. In winter, you can walk just a block or two to use the fantastic cross-country ski trails maintained by the Crested Butte Nordic Center. If downhill skiing, you can walk a few blocks to a bus stop to take the bus to the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Alternatively, you can drive just 3 miles to the base yourself. In summer, you can enjoy plenty of outside space, with a large second story deck, complete with a grill and table. The property also has a spacious and inviting backyard that makes a great play area for kids. Parking is available in a one-car driveway and also on the street.
