Guest access There is a Keylock box located on the back of the house by the left garage door. The key lock code will be given a few days prior to check in. Other things to note Maximum 8 guests (includes children all ages) Minimum age for booking is 25 years old. The person booking must be present at check in. Under certain circumstances we may allow a small dog prior approval. If we approve you will be charged a non refundable pet fee. No smoking and no parties. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Failure to respect the house rules will result in your account being reported to the platform and asked to leave with no refund.
